4 Winds Lakeland Tipis now operates from three sites in the beautiful English Lake District, Low Wray National Trust Campsite near Ambleside, Hoathwaite National Trust Campsite near Coniston and Wasdale Campsite at the head of Wastwater, the deepest lake in England, and in the shadow of the Scafell mountain range. The sites were chosen for the views, woodland areas, natural environment and access to all that the Lake District has to offer. We have brought Native American style into the heart of the Lakes.
Sorry but we don't accept dogs or any pets in our Tipis, however at our Low Wray site in Ambleside you can now kennel your dog at the farm onsite, where you can take your dog out for the day then take it back to the kennels on your return. For kenneling information ring Karola 07827330905.
“What really made the weekend for us was being able to bring our dog along - the care and attention he received from Karola and family at the farm kennels was exceptional - Ralph will definitely be coming with us next time too!”
