Our bookings are Monday-Friday, Friday-Monday, Friday to Friday and Monday-Monday, for any bookings outside these times please ring for availability 01539 822 935. No groups of more than 6 adults are allowed in the Tipis and no more than 3 families together.

Complete Camping Seasons & Prices 2012
"Complete Camping" is luxury camping: We provide the dwelling and all you need to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible. The Tipis are erected next to a river on the site and come fully equipped for your enjoyment.

Terms & Conditions
A deposit (non-returnable) of £100 per booking is due straight away and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Deposits can be paid by credit/debit card or by a cheque made payable to 4 WINDS LAKELAND TIPIS LIMITED'. Should you have to cancel your holiday in an emergency you will be offered an alternative date.
4 Winds reserve the right to cancel holidays due to adverse weather conditions that are considered a danger to their clients, another date will be offered whenever possible.
Refunds cannot be given.
We understand that we must provide a bond of £100 via credit /debit or cheque payable with our final balance which will be kept until one week after our stay to reimburse for any extra cleaning /damages/or extra working hours due to disturbance (See below).
Important Information
Guests must leave their Tipi as near to how they found it on arrival. This includes not leaving washing up, not leaving rubbish in the bins, and if two or more tipis have been booked together all cutlery, plates etc must be put back in the correct Tipi. Please report all damages or breakages to the owners. If we have to be called down to the site due to excess noise or unruly behaviour then the cost of the working time incurred will have to be reimbursed. If guests are asked to leave the site due to excess noise or unruly behaviour the management reserve the right to forfeit their bond. The cost of any extra work carried out will be agreed by both 4 WINDS LAKELND TIPIS AND THE GUEST.
